Do you have BDO savings account? If you want to enjoy convenient and easy transaction with BDO you should consider enrolling your account in BDO Online Banking. It is not compulsory, but it is to your advantage so that you can avail all the good features of online banking transactions.

Steps to register in BDO Online Banking
Step 1: Log in to the official website of BDO at https://www.bdo.com.ph. Look for the “BDO Online Banking” box.
Step 2: Click “Enroll Now”. A login box will appear in which you need to provide your User ID and Password.
Step 3: The next page is the “Terms and Conditions”. Make sure to read it thoroughly before acknowledging that you have read it. If you agree with the details stated in the “Terms and Conditions”, click the “Submit” button.
Step 4: The enrollment form will appear and fill it out with the required details. Take note that the BDO accounts allowed to enroll for BDO Online Banking are the following:
- Credit card
- Individual or Joint “OR” ATM-based current or savings account
- Time deposits, Consumer Loans and Trust Accounts, Cash Card
Choose the type of account you want to enroll and where you’re enrolling from. There are three options for channels for enrollment such as online banking, SMS banking, and phone banking. If you will register in the Philippines, you will be required to have an ATM card as you need to provide the ATM card number in the account information.

Before validating your online banking enrollment, you need to answer 2 challenge questions. Check and review all the details provided before clicking the “Submit” button.
Step 5: The Reference Number and Activation Code will appear on the Acknowledgement Page. This time you need to activate your BDO Online banking. You can activate it by using ATM machine. Look for the options “Other Services” and “Activate Electronic Banking”. Input the ATM Activation Code.
Keep in mind that BDO is giving 45 days to activate the Online banking enrollment. Otherwise, you need to repeat the entire enrollment process once the deadline lapsed. After activating the Online Banking account, you can use BDO online facilities.

If you will use SMS Banking as the channel for enrollment, you must be using Smart or TalkNText mobile network. You will use the 11-digit mobile number as your mobile banking user ID. Create m-PIN consists of 6 numeric characters.
For Phone Banking, you must create a User ID composed of 10 numeric characters and the telephone PIN is consist of 6 numeric characters.
